Holy Jesus! What is this place? You walk in and you are overwhelmed with what you first perceive to be kindness. They are welcoming, encouraging and lovely. Then they get your money, and you never hear from them again. They have lots of Christian artwork, Bible quotes,....spiritual information everywhere. It's FAKE! They are charlatans! The wonderful friendly secretary named Barbara turns into a complete witch and the office is their COVEN. We were in to get information about supporting my daughter in a divorce. Up to the point to where they get money they are the best staff. After, they don't return phone calls, the attorney is never available, Barbara has the worst interaction style of any person I've ever met and they mask this with their Christianity. Please read all of their reviews, please look at Yelp for additional reviews. This seems to be a historical problem that this coven can't shake. Spend your money wisely do not give it to these Makavelian marauders.

What a joke! He spends a great deal of time with you, tells you he can represent you, you pay the retainer and then has his Secretary call you and tell you the day of your hearing "Mr. Chavez Ochoa is unable to accept your case." After they accepted the retainer… When you ask to speak to the attorney, "he's unavailable." He has Christian paraphernalia, or as I like to say… Propaganda all over his office and his disciple, also known as his secretary Barbara(Babs), want us all to think he is Christ like. What about this is Christ like? He is a scam. Read his reviews! Still waiting on my retainer refund!!! BTW, You were foolish not to take the case, I went to court and they dropped it. It would've been an easy $5000 for you. Shame on you!!!!

Brian Chavez Ochoa is an attorney that presents himself as a godly man. In my experience I found this not to be true. His office billed me twice for the same thing on two occasions. I showed the receipt to his office manager Barbra both occasions. She was extremely rude about it and made it out to be my fault. This office asked me for to provide the same documents three times. I did and I was billed a filling fee three times to file the same 3 documents. Brian threatened to drop my case because I questioned him. Brian Barbra and Christopher spoke to me very unprofessionally on several occasions. I hope this review can help someone else.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. 0 is the amount of communication that I got after my initial phone conversation with the man and a $5000 initial retainer. Then another $500 for copies of ALL of my case, when all that was needed for the last order. Multiple phone calls and emails that were never returned. Just a letter that straight up lied by saying that I lied about my story. Maybe in that 1 phone call, he misunderstood. I would have presented a case to the Barr, but didn't have the know how, especially no money to find help, being $5000 short. One of those horrible stories where I now understand why people don't trust lawyers.

I hardly write reviews, but after all the stress, frustration, and most of all, money a single mom of 4 doesn’t have…I am beyond words of dissatisfaction. Communication was horrible. Brian never took the time to speak with me about anything, it was always a run around of “he’ll call you back”… “email the paralegal”… all of which were lies after lies of no communication. My last straw after over 2 years and $12,000, was: I had a court date for February, he emailed me the week prior asking for a “settlement agreement” on our divorce, mind you, I gave my ex everything, wanted nothing, and our main asset (our home) and child custody had all been settled, went unanswered., the office communicate with me between that email and the court date, I took an unpaid day off from work, drove, got into an MVA (not my fault), panicked trying to get to court on time, trying time and time again to call the office to let them know, only to not reach anyone, and to show up to court and be told: “your court date was postponed, didn’t your lawyer tell you?” NO, I was more than upset. I have a more than difficult soon-to-be ex husband… which is hard enough. I thought that he was an honest Christian man, but with my experience, he has been the worst, took my money, no communication, no movement on my case, no advice given, no help.

I hope that this review helps a person out there, because divorce is hard enough.

This Attorney came highly recommended and now I understand why.

When Brian assures that he will fight for you in court.... perhaps he does, but he did not show up for us, not for my family like he said he would.

Brian shook our hand and told us he would be there, even pretended to go check his schedule to assure us, because he understood our tougher than average situation.

The misrepresentation of the gospel is right !

Every person in the office seemed uncomfortable with people of color, it took 5 minutes of them all looking at each other wide eyed before 1 girl stood up and asked if we had been helped.

When me and my husband first met everyone in the office they were very nice. After the process started there was zero communication. They called us the night before the court date to let us know we had court tomorrow so we had to scramble to find baby sitters. Barbara, the Secretary, is so rude. She makes you feel stupid when you call to ask questions like your supposed to know how it all works. They made us sign a form that allowed certain families members access to question the case and when it came down to it, they refused to talk to anyone about the case. They said "they didnt have to talk to us if they dont want to". Brian showed up to court almost late which means we didnt get to talk to him about anything before it started. He told us some things were a "given" but when it came down to it he made us feel like we were greedy in front of the judge for wanting certain things. Brian himself if a nice guy but Barbara is horrible. Save your money and go to someone that will communicate with you. At this point we still have no idea were our case stands. And cant call us they wont talk to us.

I called one morning and talked to this super nice lady, unfortunately, based off my question she had to transfer me to another person in the office. Her attitude was absolutely disgusting. People calling you are going through a tough time! Hence us calling. I’ve never talked to such a sarcastic, rude, ignorant person in my life. I immediately hung up and gave my money to a different service. It was fine until I talked to that one on the phone. This happened about two months ago.
