I called Charlton Weeks for eviction information on what options my father and I had. Veronica their eviction representative was very helpful, she listened to the situation and hand. She gave realistic options on how to handle the eviction. My father and I are still reviewing on what to do next. I wrote this review because I was impressed by her willing to explain what can be done even with the complicated situation at hand.

We chose Charlton Weeks for the reasons I stated above. I say they are 5 stars. Veronica from their eviction department explained each step of the way, she gave me a realistic timeline for each process. Every case is different during these covid times. I I could give them a zero star I would do it. They say the do evictions, but they don't really know how to make an eviction. They like to do easy cases. So , if you have a strong case, don't waste your time with these lawyer. Please keep away from them. They have a terrible customer service and what they do is to waste your valuable time.

Recently, I hired Carlton Weeks law office to file eviction law sue against my tenant for none payment. The case went four days jury trial, the jury took less than 40 minutes to reach the unanimous verdict.
