CG Law was the absolute best to work with! After searching for legal advise and help, I came across there law firm and actually felt heard and valued. I hired Chaylyn Greene to represent me in my divorce (no kids, no properties) What should have been a simple divorce turned into 18 months of high attorneys fees, misinformation, missed meetings, and overall lack of strategy and planning. She did not have my best interest in mind and cared more about her attorneys fees than winning my case. Find someone else! As a single, working mom there is no way to afford her fees and the prices got dragged out for almost 2 years. She wasn’t willing to work with me on a reasonable, affordable payment plan and showed up minutes before my trial unprepared and unorganized. In the end I walked away with nothing more than an invoice from her. Please take your business somewhere else and find an attorney who will fight for you and who actually cares. Get someone with more experience who has YOUR best interest in mind, not their own.

DO NOT HIRE CHAYLYN. After a nightmare of working with her the past 18 months I’ve had other attorneys review my case and invoices and they have all shared that her billing practices reflect someone who was charging unreasonable rates, excessive and unnecessary filings, and negligence in fee disputes that were not resolved fairly. She was clearly in cahoots with the opposing counsel and failed to inform me of correct court proceedings and processes. The lack of communication and unclear strategy was obvious towards the end but only after I had paid over $30,000 in attorneys fees (a simple divorce, no kids, no property).
Please save yourself the time and money and stress and find someone who will work with you to ensure your best interests are put first. She is not a skilled family attorney and should not be allowed to practice law. I am now filing a complaint with the Texas State Bar to ensure no one else ever has to go through what I went through. The fake, friendly response to this review will speak volumes about how she deals with actual people and their concerns 🙄
