I'm mad I signed a contract with these people. My agent has not been what I wanted. She never asked me about what I'm looking for in a home or about my budget or anything. I have had to find all my own properties and often I find properties before she does. She more than once has said that anything can be done when you have a lot of money with completed disregard for my budget. I mean really who says stuff like that?I have contacted her manager twice now and nothing is changing and now instead of finding me another agent she's putting me off and was s bit rude my last call to her. I honestly feel like my agent just wants the biggest commission she can get and will do nothing to negotiate a good deal or put any real research into the property. She still has not asked me anything about what I'm looking for and I'm not interested in doing her job for her anymore. I guess I'll have to wait for my contact to be up before buying a house so basically this woman is costing me thousands of dollars. Thanks a lot century 21.
