My grandma needed to have a document notarized. It was past 5 pm and we went to UPS Store thinking they would have someone, NOT! We were told the notary there usually leaves about 4:30 pm... annoyed I Googled one and found Mr. Osadua. I called him to make sure he was available and did notarize at about 5:45 and he said yes but also that he would wait for me to get there. We got there a little before 6:00 and he was amazing. He greeted us with a smile - in spite of it being so late, was efficient and meticulous with his work - dotting every “i” and crossing every “t” and we left there extremely satisfied and content because now my grandma could get what she needed with that document and I wouldn’t have to come across town to go looking for a notary tomorrow. Do not go to this place... it's a scam I paid for my finger prints and they were never sent to the doj.. the worker was absolutely no help and said my paperwork was no longer on file so I'd have to pay again... straight scam
