A good friend recommended Cavanaugh & Co for the sale of my condo. I had no intentions of selling so soon, but life throws curve balls. Every morning he would send us potential houses to see if we would be interested in viewing them. Scott was always quick to respond and flexible to accommodate our schedules to book private viewings. His professionalism and knowledge of residential real estate is top tier and was warmly welcomed as we walked through potential properties. He wants what is best for you and keeps your priorities in mind while searching for your next home.
