I can’t say enough good things about this firm. My case was not a high dollar case and a slip and fall at that. So it was difficult to even find anyone who would take what happened to me seriously. But David Casey III listened to me. He is a young family man and full of positivity and compassion. He always made time to speak with me as soon as he could answer my call. Bedside manner goes a really long way with me, and he never made me feel devalued or insignificant. He checked with me about everything and always left me in the driver seat, but had my back by giving me his honest opinion, regardless of his own personal take on things. I’m truly grateful to him and his staff. Especially Sonia, who would always call me “Sweetheart” which I thought was super endearing. She did a lot and was patient even when I couldn’t figure out how to electronically sign something or took too long to answer her emails lol. We don’t get enough kindness like that these days with everybody being so ridiculously and politically “correct.“ But I believe in being simply correct and treating people right.
I would recommend them to anyone, and in the end, I got a better settlement than I originally expected, and at least felt like my pain and suffering was compensated adequately in the end. What I loved was that they were willing to go to trial for me even if I decided not to settle. They had my back the whole way through….Yes, you have to share your settlement, but I know that Casey Gerry went above and beyond to earn it. I would’ve gotten nothing without them…a class act firm with great people who care!
