Service is good, people are really nice. No debit/credit cards are accepted for shipment payments, which is a real hassle. I had no issues with the shipments to South America. The place needs "love and care." Different to other comments, all the times that I have called, the phone is answered; sometimes they take a little longer, just be patient

Unresponsible unreliable very disappointing when it comes to shipping boxes I ship the box to the Dominican republic and they put it on a shipment with Columbia Yes they found the box but yet still haven’t been received and it’s been over a month now going on to two months horrible horrible
