We had a dispute with a large Commercial Bank and we had tried everything to get this issue resolved and were not able to make any progress.

We ended up hiring Carlton, Bently and Penn to help us find a solution.

Over the next year, they were successful in getting the Bank to agree to mediation and eventually negotiated a fair settlement that both parties can live with.

Highly recommend using Carlton, Bently and Penn if you want to get your financial issues resolved at a very reasonable price. Great alternative than using a high-priced law firm.
