RUN! You’ll have a fine time getting jobs until you just don’t… The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. If I could give zero stars I would. So many people have complained about this same issue. Customer service is non existent- I’m pretty sure it’s just AI responding with the same email. They deactivated my account for no reason, letting me know that my clear background check was magically not clear after months of working with happy families… I have proof it’s clear from local agencies and they won’t engage in any human like conversation. Not to mention how the system keeps sending me jobs via text and email but they’ve disabled my account for no actual reason. Like I said, so many others have dealt with very similar problems. This “service” isn’t that at all, it’s a scam.

Absolutely terrible company with terrible customer service! Incompetent customer service rep that do not understand or articulate in English. They Do Not Respect their own terms and cancellation policy! We were forced to pay a cancellation fee even we canceled a month before the scheduled backup care. The terms clearly specify CANCELLATION FEE ONLY APPLIES TO CANCEL WITHIN 48 HOURS! HRs, please do your due diligence for the company benefits to your employees. I cannot believe this company was selected!

I thought the options I had for help were good but I was not happy with how the website worked. Somehow my request got in there twice but I only got responses from the initial request. I thought I canceled the first request and did a new one because the first request did not have an option for a handicapped young adult. I did the more extensive "job" request where it did have the option of a handicapped adult but I did not get any feedback or confirmation from it.

Hired wonderful cleaners but their prices are way too high for the work they do. I'm going to try to get someone else as I don't think 2 woman-hours of cleaning should cost $300.00!
