When your phone system goes down and employees are frustrated and unable to work, it's a stressful situation. I suspected our firewall was the issue but I couldn't figure it out and after spending hours on the phone with SonicWALL support, they couldn't figure it out, either. David and his team set up our home network a few years ago - we had ongoing network reliability and wireless coverage issues in a house with 6 active users... Their solution was very reasonably priced and solved all of our issues. The reason I’m posting now is because the current crisis has required a level of use that we would have never predicted - working from home, online college and high school courses, both with heavy video use, plus a lot more gaming and movies - and we’ve had zero problems.
