So I saw on the news 11/14/17 that Tesla is being sued for racial discrimination and that California Civil Rights Law Group is handling the case. I find it irritating that the Teslas spokesman had the nerve to accuse the head of California Civil Rights Law Group by saying it has a history of extorting money from companies for meritless claims. They sound a little nervous and intimidated, as they should. Now for my long overdue review…. The head/founding attorney of the law group is Larry A. Organ and I can't say enough good about him. I wish I could give the law group 10 Stars! My son needed a civil rights attorney so I did a google search and after watching Larry’s video, we were so impressed, my son sent an email describing the events that led to his termination, and received a fast reply from Cory, asking my son to make an appointment to come in, which he did. My son met with 2 attorneys, they went over everything, asked many questions, they didn’t rush us and spent over an hour with us. They discussed my son’s employment problems and took on his case. One day I was talking to my friend who is a judge in civil court, when I mentioned Larry, she told me that Larry was in her court and how impressed she was with how hard he fought for his client. If you have gotten this far on my review, I suggest you go into their website and watch the videos where Larry talks about why he became a civil rights attorney. Navruz was our attorney, she was great! Her communication skills were over the top…She emailed with questions and gave updates. She was compassionate and caring yet very professional. She was usually available to speak over the phone, she was prompt in returning calls. For the most part everything was handled through emails, perfect for us because nothing was lost in translation. We loved emails, not necessary to tie up time on the phone, or traveling into the office. On the day we went to mediation Navruz showed up with Larry whom we never met, he knew all about my son’s case, not just one attorney handles a case, they all sit at the table and discuss each case. Navruz and Larry fought hard, it was actually fun watching them make points and arguments. My son WON! He was very pleased with his settlement and without going to court.
