Its OK and the prices can be good. The problem lies with the online bidding. If you are online many times the auctioneer starts the bidding and online folks cant bid since it does not show up on the screen. (My business connection is really fast) Then the auctioneer is at $600 and online you have to bid $700 when onsite folks could bid $650. Then the item ends at $600 on site. Auctions were ending at lower prices on site than I had access to online. Also their website is not accurate for payment methods and they don't list the wire fee. Pickup was fairly easy foks were friendly. I may use again if they can work out the online problems.

I am not a huge client of any auction houses. I buy things that are needed for our non-profit animal sanctuary. I am consistently surprised by how nice most all the people are. Bussey Brothers is no exception. Prompt, accurate, accommodating. I will say that the kindness of people at the houses often determines how often I check their specific auction!

Bought a piece of equipment here that developed an issue sale day. After speaking with the owner we came to an agreement that was more than fair. Very unprofessional. I buy throughout the United States and I will never go there again. Rude, damaged my light, damaged some of our purchases while loading. If i could give them a zero I would!!!
