BCMS has been extremely helpful in keeping my private practice clinic compliant. Phenomenal company to work with! I couldn't be more pleased with their help in developing policies and procedures in our outpatient physical therapy practice. They are very timely and always helpful. They have updated their software this year so your manuals can automatically be updated to match the new rules and guidelines that come in annually. The manuals are also really easy to fill out as well. If you are looking for direction and resources to keep you business compliant, this is for sure the company to use!
