On September 16, 2022 I slipped on water at a local grocery store while shopping. My husband of 50 years suffers from Parkinson's disease and Iam his full-time caregiver. I was urged to retain a law firm as soon as possible. I was referred to Burwell Nebout Trial Lawyers. I reached out to them by phone while being treated at a rehab for nearly a month. My first phone call I was directed to speak with Katherine, their paralegal. She referred me to attorney James Nebout. Katherine and James listened to me and were extremely patient. My relationship with the firm became my lifeline. The entire staff always had my back, kept me informed and prepared during the process. Trusting their experience and turning everything over to them was EXACTLY what I needed to care for myself and my husband. In conclusion, my case was resolved in a timely fashion and I was awarded $500,000.00. Much more than my expectation. I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge an exemplary performance by Attorney Russell Burwell.
My wife and I were involved in a motorcycle/car accident that we were lucky to survive. Our injuries were extensive and the case complex. With three Auto Policies and two Health Insurance Companies involved, negotiating personally was out of the question.

Russ busted his butt to get the very most for me in my settlement from a car accident! I'm SO glad I went to him. He went way above and beyond!!! Kim was also so kind and helpful. Russell Burwell did an excellent job of representing me when I was injured in an auto accident. He was aggressive in getting me the most money and all my medical bills were paid. I would not have been able to fully recover from my accident if it wasn't for Mr. Burwell and his team as I wasn't able to afford to see the doctor. They took care of all my medical bills.
