Tom Swett is the best! Our journey together lasted over 3 years. We had every curveball possible thrown at us but Tom handled them all. At times I'd get feeling it would never end but he'd keep bolstering me up. He went above and beyond so many times! I don't have enough words to describe how grateful I am that Tom was there to get me through a huge mess. He really cares about the people he represents. He's a good honest man. I'm in Pennsylvania, but I had a collections problem in California and needed a local attorney to work on my behalf. Tom Swett was recommended by another attorney that I called blindly from a google search. It was a good recommendation. Tom talked me through the process, and prepared me for what was to come. At the end of the story, although it seemed to take forever, he was just about dead on with the overall cost and I got my money and then some. Hopefully I'll never have to use him again, but would happily recommend this firm to others.

Tom Swett is an excellent attorney with a firm knowledge of the law and how it applies pragmatically to a wide range of businesses. Tom is a great litigator, able to communicate with layperson on the ramifications of strategy. In addition, Tom drafted several contracts and proved his expertise at drafting air-tight agreements. Tom brings expertise is land use and land management to the table, so, for real estate related issues he is an excellent choice for initial drafting of contracts or analysis before signing off on a deal. The value proposition is great - Tom's fees are under market value for such talent, you get the quality of work of a large, expensive law firm, nothing delegated to junior attorneys, for a reasonable price.

Rod Burton and his staff helped me throughout the entire process that I was unfamiliar with. Their communication style was consistently helpful by being prompt, patient and in plain English - waiting for me to make the decisions I was comfortable with.
