Hi - we have had 2 home inspections in the last month and both times we were assigned to Jerry who was FANTASTIC!!! He clearly knows his trade. I truly feel that the first condo we had put an offer on that Jerry inspected - he saved our butts! We were sooo incredibly pleased with his work. I can’t say enough about this company – specifically Jerry. This is our 5th home purchase in our lives and in all those years we have never had such a thorough home inspector. Jerry is so incredibly detailed & clear. He is old school – making sure that everything is checked out. Best money we ever spent! I would HIGHLY recommend them for your home inspection. I rate themm an 11 out of 10!!

Rick provided us with a very professional, thorough inspection that was prioritized re. what needed to be fixed versus what could wait. Throughout the process he shared his feedback with us and let us ask questions. He also fit us into a busy work week so we could meet our deadlines! Highly recommend.

Rick was great. Detailed and thorough. Rick points out code changes that the buyer or seller can use judgment to evaluate, but at least the information is made available in his report. I would use again.

Rick did our inspection and was absolutely incredible! He wasn't afraid to move things to get to where he needed to be, climb in small spaces, and get his hands dirty. We even were able to do a pool inspection and mold test all in the same day and schedule a sewage inspection for the next. He worked for over 4 hours running through every detail on the house and left absolutely nothing out. He gave us great recommendations on next steps and what items should take priority. Will absolutely recommend Rick and his team to anyone looking for a thorough and quality inspection!

Great experience with an inspection in HB. Rick is always early to the appointment and starts by inspecting the outdoors and the roof. Thorough wouldn’t even be the word to describe his inspection, it’s an understatement. His knowledge is unparalleled and he doesn’t miss a thing.
