I bought a collectible lantern from nearby Galion OH that the auctioneer didn't offer shipping on. Google led me to the great folks at Bucyrus Pack and Ship. Lady was reasonably friendly but the transaction didn't go very well and was kinda rushed thru. I had all intentions of adding $175 worth of insurance to my package. I inquired about it without ever being asked about value or insurance and she said it was now too late to add. I don't recall ever verifying the address either and today my buyer informed me that the address was insufficient and the product was being returned to me which I confirmed by tracking the package.

This is a great addition to the City of Bucyrus. The staff is so kind & helpful. I shipped two large, heavy boxes out-of-state. I had an issue with one of the boxes and I didn't know what to do.
