We ordered tickets last year and loved our time in NYC and saw The Outsiders! This year, we ordered tickets again for my daughter’s birthday as she wanted to go to NYC to see a show against. Unfortunately we are unable to attend. I contacted customer service and they refused to give me any sort of refund…we ordered the tickets in January the show is in June, plenty of time to resell. Fine…now I’m trying to resell the tickets to recover some of the money but they refuse to release the tickets. I’m stuck with 4 tickets and out lots of money. I understand policy but some support would be nice. This is a lot of money. I will no longer buy broadway tickets through this company.

Buying tickets was easy. Getting them off the web was a little more challenging. But all worked out ok.
Saw Hamilton which was good but not nearly as good as original cast.

Stay away from them. No service if you want to change / adjust.
The service fees are tremendously high
You get the tickets emailed
Use other direct service on broadway where the fees are a fraction of those

Purchasing tickets was easy. Getting to our tickets was a bit difficult. I suppose this review isnt for the show Friends itself. We had great expectations for this musical. Extremely disappointed. Mocking of an iconic sitcom. Curse words that you do not hear everyday and definitely did not hear on the show. Children were allowed and this show was not for children. I would say not for 18 and under. If it was a movie it would ve R Rated. We left at intermission and felt it was a waste of our $120. Will not use this again.

I attempted to buy ticket online, said payment was successful but didn't get the ticket.
I walked to their office, they don't let you walk in and chat to them.
The door person at their office isn't allowed to let you in.
They emailed me, insinuated their website failed, the booking was never processed, and told me to book direct with the box office.
Waste of time and they don't really care about decent customer service.

It was super easy to use and find tickets for many many shows. They only complaint I have is the extremely high service fees. I paid 95 bucks just in service fees, which I am not really sure the service was for since you can get the tickets emailed to you. Other than that the website was very easy to use.

I had inadvertently purchased tickets for the wrong date. I called customer service and got through quickly. The gentleman that helped me was wonderful. He assured me that it was an issue that could be resolved, he helped me identify new seats for the correct show date - even getting online and looking at different "view from my seat" options. He was incredibly patient and friendly. I was super impressed and grateful for the time he took to fix my error and made me feel like it was no big deal. I can't thank him enough!

I had accidentally purchased tickets on the incorrect date. Immediately called and sent an email but unfortunately since it was after customer service hours and purchased the tickets online I couldn't get it resolved that evening. I called first thing the next morning and was able to get new tickets on the correct date. The rep was very knowledgeable and said since the purchase was made within the last 24 hours and it was at least 6 hours before the show the system would allow him to resolve the issue! He even took the time to give me optional tickets of the same and tired to find tickets near the location I had previously purchased. Great experience, would purchase from them again
