They are currently operating under the name of My eviction Team. After I figured that out I looked at the reviews. Fortunately I caught onto how they were setting me up to be scammed. I did not of authorize any more charges on my credit card and finish the process myself. They are scammers at best.

Terrible service! Please save your time and money. I wished I had listen to everyone else on the reviews. I'm currently trying to get my money back. All they do is charge your card multiple times and nothing gets done. So much for saving money and time. I was told it's a simple straight forward case and would be resolved very fast. They blame it on the courts and the tenants for not responding but no it's the company itself. It's been over two months and nothing has been done except charges over and over. I'm done with them and I will pay a better company to get it done right the first time, you get what you pay for!

Wish you could give fewer stars. Believe the reviews. This is basically a scam site set up as an eviction company. Firstly, they charged our card over the phone before we ever even signed a document or agreed to anything, which is insanely dishonest. We thought it would be just a hold. Oh no. They basically took $648 from our account for literally nothing. Then, when we actually looked into the company and realized what they were, that they used a private email service that you cant record conversations or access, that their average rate of eviction is less than 50%, and that they charge itemized lists for every expense (I mean EVERY expense. They will charge you the stamp and envelope they use to mail you documents), we demanded a refund. Basically, we're now in a legal back and forth because they're refusing to refund us the $648. They claim they've provided services, which they obviously haven't and couldn't, and don't even have legal standing to charge us for based on the fact we never signed ANYTHING agreeing to ANYTHING. We keep demanding an itemized list of services rendered, but they're likewise refusing to give us that. We're now in contact with our probate lawyer, who is likely going to have to go to court and sue is scam company in order to get the fees back. This is a probate case, and every transaction goes through the court, this one included. So thanks Bright Evictions. You've taken a bad situation, made it worse, and now added months of unnecessary time to our probate case because we have to deal with your nonsense.

STAY AWAY:I had a bad experience with Bright Eviction. They charged me around $700 just to do paperwork. Then they send the papers to me to review and I found an error which they corrected. It is ridiculous, I pay for their services and they ask me to check their work. It is their MO to put the onus on the client for their negligence and incompetent if something goes wrong. They said they had filed the case when they had not. They charged me around $120 in addition to court fees for filling the case because they said it must be filed in person. Found out they had mailed the papers to the court. Would not respond to my e-mails about the status of my case, I had to call them to find out, then they charge me $15 for talking on the phone. My opinion is that they are a Complete rip off, give poor service, are expensive and incompetent. Do it yourself.

It took these guys for what it seemed like a lifetime to "serve" some illegal squatters living in my home that had been listed up for sale. Throughout the waiting period, we had to cancel numerous house showings because these squatters were still there. We finally went through other resources to get the squatters out. We reached out to Bright Evictions to cancel services and requested a refund. They sent us a partial refund and outlined the "services" they performed, which was serving the "tenants" via mail. Mail! Illegal squatters can't access our mailbox without a key! Scam! Scam! Scam!

VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL . Tenants lied their way out because the proper documents were NOT filed in the courts. We asked the company to appoint a lawyer to represent. The back pay rent was never filed in court. Additional fees were emailed after we hired them and were never told before hand, instead they filed in court that we are in court due to a past due garbage bill. It was so embarrassing. We were emailed separate documents while separate documents were never filed in the courts. It was so embarrassing when the judge says to me, “you are here because of a past due garbage bill.” Judge repeatedly said their is nothing filed for stating tenants are not paying rent. LIARS.
I then called them after the judgment and was told, we didn’t move forward because you never responded to the email (False) we have signed documents. One of the workers was not sure what I was talking about, while the office manager was listening in on the call. After speaking to the manager, she wasn’t much help either. Their was unlawful retainer filed against the tenant in court, Lost out on 10 months rent and now these people get to screw the next landlord.

Where to start with this company, Oh simple RUN!,

I was referred to this company by a associate of mine, after submitting the paperwork, to them they do not reply to you unless you hound them like they are the ones who owe you the money. Then after you do get ahold of them they will nickel and dime you for every little thing, Flat fee yea right.

Then you have to check every thing they submit and file for errors carefully, not only did they have the case filed as if the tenant was taking me to court but they had it for a simple water bill and not the actual back due rent.

when this was pointed out they tried to place the blame on me, for not checking the paperwork, in all I got my property back, but I am out the cost of the back rent and what I had to pay them.

if I had to have done it again I would have simply filed the paperwork my self and saved my self the headache and extra money I am out by using these people, again RUN from these people unless you are simply looking for a crash course in how to edit, file and handle the eviction process yourself because that is what you will be getting with them.

The initial process seemed to work fine. But then a clerical mistake was made on the final paperwork. The WRIT was rejected by the sheriff department, which prevented me from going forward with the eviction. When I went back to Bright Eviction to let them know of the mistakes they made, the office would not take responsibility for it and said that since the court accepted it then it was fine. Which it was NOT. Once pressed to make the correction, the office was unaware on how to process the amendment correctly. I had to contact the court & sheriff department myself to find out how to do it and relayed that information to them. Apparently, if an amendment is needed the entity who originally submitted the filing must also return the incorrect original and submit it along with an amended WRIT and an Application of Issuance—Bright Evictions didn’t know that these forms were needed or how to file them. The office manager, Cruz (Chris) Juarez refused to return my calls and is incompetent and unprofessional. The icing on the cake was when each time the office re-submitted the incorrect filings, I was CHARGED for it. Not a company I would EVER use again or recommend-truly incompetent.
