Pleasant to talk when I first met Brian for an appointment.
However since then I have emailed and attempted to call multiple times to set and appointment. Hoping to gain his help and services. It's been a month and no response from his office. Seems rude to treat new business owners looking for help so coldly.

Brian Shoell and staff are excellent! This was our first year filing taxes with him. Between multiple businesses, multiple state moves and other no so straight forward things he was able to help us put it all together. I’m so glad I learned of Brian. Ya Turbo tax is free & eas but only for those who don’t have their name on more than a car loan. If you have your name on more than that, why would you ever have the government do your taxes?! Not me. I don’t like burning money. Brian’s it!! If you can get a dollar back, he’ll get it! Far better than Turbo Tax or any online thing.
