If I could give Mr. Gilman more than 5 stars I would. Gilman is friendly but to the point, honest, prompt, and is able to explain legal issues in layman terms without alienating his client. Mr. Gilman was extremely patient with my 81 year old mother, was professional yet personable, and was a breeze to communicate with. Moreover, Gilman’s fees are very reasonable and it is apparent that he is focused on the betterment of others, not profit. Hands down the best experience I have had in retaining an attorney.

Brett was very helpful and answering any questions involving a domestic violence case. He is also well aware of the procedures and the judges that you may possibly get. I recommend him for any of your cases although he doesn’t do family law anymore. He is still willing to help and answer questions for a reasonable price five star fully recommend best lawyer in Chico.

His advice made my hard situation instantly smoother, everything that needed to be done in a time frame was done, it was excellent!
