I really don’t recommend going to this place for an immigration assistance. The so called „lawyer” provided us with legal advice that turned out not to be true and cost us a huge amount of money, trouble and delay with the process.
When confronted, she did not take the responsibility for the wrong information she provided us with, stating that the „ law changed couple weeks ago” which wasn’t true after confirming with different lawyers.

I do not recommend this place. The girls she hired appear incompetent. They don’t know how to even greet you. She needs staff that isn’t insecure when speaking to people. They whisper and mumble because they are scared of human interaction. Yanneth takes her sweet time to get anything done. She is always late. I only agreed to this place because my wife fell for her advertisements. Save your time and the headaches.

It is always a hassle to get through with them most of the people that work there are unable to answer your questions and you can never talk to the lawyer. Once they submit all your paperwork if something happens or you need help they always say that they are unable to help you at that point because it’s no longer their job. And when I was ready to switch I asked for all my paperwork that was sent to which they have nonexistent and I never got a copy of. Overall it was a terrible experience and one of the most unprofessional people that I have worked with when doing immigration services.

If I could give this place negative stars I would I can’t comment on anyone else but accountant Yanet is the most incompetent accountants I’ve had the misfortune of coming across I paid over 400$ for a service that she didn’t complete and also did wrong and I had to hire another person to fix her mistakes on my account she was just interested in taking my money without any explanation as to what she had done or was doing while I was there please if you read this save yourself I’d hate for someone else to fall victim to this place
