When I first contacted Brad it was on the weekend of Christmas 2020. I was very surprised when he promptly returned my call on that holiday weekend. Before we met in person Brad gave me instruction on how to begin appealing the DMV case, which we won (retaining my drivers license). Brad will give you straight facts about the case and not make outlandish promises. Brad built a case that had the DA ready to dismiss. When the judge wanted to press the case Brad weighed our options and decided appealing to a higher court was our best option to win. With that, he gave me the best and worst case scenario with confidence we’d have the best outcome. Sure enough Brad showed up to trial with our appeal already prepared and ready to submit, with the request for a stay of execution. We won the appeal and Brad reached out personally to let me know (as he had throughout the entire case).

The office staff and partners are just as helpful and hardworking as Brad. I’m confident that I would not have found better representation anywhere else. If you find yourself in the situation of needing help in the court system, do yourself a favor and call Brad and his team.

I'd like to take the time out of my day to simply say Brad Allin is the best. After my free consultation I had a good feeling I was in good hands. He was knowledgeable and straight forward. It was weight lifted off my shoulders hearing didn't have to go to the first court date with him on my side. In only a couple months he was able to get my license back. The office of Brad Allin has been helpful in my entire process. After my sentencing they have been a huge help with alcohol classes and probation. Incredible! Brad was better than I could have imagined during the whole process. I met with him a few days after my DUI arrest and he listened to my case and gave me suggestions on what I needed to do no matter what lawyer I hired. Brad fought for me and got me the best possible outcome for my case without even going to trial. He was always available to talk and his receptionist Michele was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any type of question I had. After my case was over Brad helped with my troubles with the DMV and made my life significantly less stressful. I have and will continue to recommend Brad Allin! A++

It would have been easy to take our money and negotiate a plea deal. Brad did not do that. He helped us navigate the challenges of our case and understand all the options. Not only that, he took the time to talk with us personally when it felt as though we hit rock bottom. Just when we turned our lives around, we were hit with another legal charge, which was incredibly disappointing when you consider how hard we were working to stay out of the system. Rather than write us off, Brad discovered that the DMV had made a mistake and was able to have all charges dismissed for us. I cannot recommend Brad enough...it was refreshing to be treated like people that made mistakes rather than criminals that deserve punishment.

I can only attest to how great Brad was in defending me. If this is your first DUI or DWAI I would advise you to be your own counsel. This will save you a few thousand dollars. I am writing this review based only on the fact that this was my first DUI/DWAI and I refused any roadside or chemical tests. Expect that you will be told that your personal case is unique and you did the right thing by refusing; however, truth is, unbiased, that you will need to pay many times more just to take it to a jury or judge trial. I don't blame Brad for this. In fact, he may be the person you want to represent you with his relationships with the DA office of Larimer County if you want to go to trial. Otherwise, be your own counsel, save yourself thousands and receive exactly the same penalties if this is your first offence. Expect to be lined up like sheep with the rest of Brad's clients at final disposition. I understand that attorneys can be helpful sometimes and you may rush to relieve the stress, but I would not pay the amount I did again and receive the punishment that I would have incurred anyway.

Hands down the best in northern colorado! Brad and Michelle are awesome and super friendly people! They were able to get all charges dropped for me and get me my license back! Michelle definitely goes above and beyond and always knows how to answer your questions if Brad is unavailable!
