It’s been a while since a company has impressed me.
Having a Trust and Will done with Book was a fantastic experience.
Becky frequently communicated with us(via email, bonus points) to setup our appointment and ensure they had the information we needed for the meeting.

Austin clearly explained the process, clarified all questions, adjusted the documents while we were there, and simplified everything.

I was expecting the process to take months but within 1 hour we had everything done, signed, and all the paperwork with us. They are very efficient and respectful of your time!

I’ve had nothing but frustration with Austin since I hired them in December 9 of 2023, which I paid $4,000 for upfront in full. I have had to pester him to get anything done on my dad’s probate case! I can’t trust anything he has told me. He never said anything about a client portal, I had to find that on my own when I was looking for his email. I gave him the documents he asked for in June to file needed paperwork for an ad lieum to be appointed. Reached out in August to see if anything had happened, he said still waiting for ad lieum to be appointed. I wait till late September and look on the court website and find out application for heirship was filed with court Aug 21 with deadline of Sept 2nd. I send it to Austin to find out what it means and get a long email from his paralegal that she doesn’t know what happened and she filed the paperwork on September 30th with the court. No response from Austin Butts, no apologies. His new name should be Times Square because for me he is always dropping the ball!

Mr. Book made our experience drafting a Will extremely easy and unburdening. No doubt he is very knowledgeable and funny. We felt welcomed our whole time at their office and Barb never failed to show us her warm and friendly personality. Overall satisfied and will be using their services again when needed.

Me and my wife had a great experience working with Lorne . We had reached out to his office to understand and create some legal documentations. He took enough time to explain us the details of what is right for us and not rush us into perusing anything unnecessary. After our first visit to finalize our options his office ( specifically Barb) was very quick in sending all the documentation and guiding us through the process. She also sent diligent reminders which were very helpful as we were swamped with our work. Lorne took enough time to explain us step by step when finalizing and signing all the documents as legal terms can be confusing if it is not your expertise. What we liked about Lorne was that he is very clear, genuine and thorough and he enjoys explaining the process which is difficult to find in his profession. We highly recommend him for any Legal expertise.
