Communication was excellent. The shipping from them to me in Hawaii was excellent and quick. Is was a little pricey, but I understand the bulkiness of my kit. Packaging was well packaged and the kit obviously needs lots of work. Overall, I am satisfied and I cannot wait to get it worked on and painted.

Website Was Easy To Navigate. Quick Shipping. Would Have Gave 5 Stars But The Fiberglass Part Arrived Damaged In Multiple Spots. Possibly Delivery Carriers Error Because Body Part Being Packaged Well!

I received the grille but there was no “inspection” before taking receipt as it was left at my doorstep. Upon inspection I found a few blemishes but that wasn’t the worst of it. When I went to install it that is when all the real issues appeared… the part was not made following the original body lines, the top ears that connect to the eyelids of the headlights are turned in and leave a huge gap, and the top would not stay flush with the bumper so I ended up with a massive gap. I would spend the extra money and get a quality part! The only reason I am giving a 2 star is the carbon fiber looks pretty good.

I'm so disappointed on shipping with these guys, I placed order last month and barely receiving item today. I had to go pick up item cause carrier were taking there sweet time delivering. Spent big money on getting item to get delivered. Crazy I don't know how I can ever do business with these guys if this does not get resolved. Waiting for this item for a customer, thinking I would have got it at the latest two weeks. Almost a month and out on some of money for this build since car should have had been at paint booth two half ago. Crazy!

DO NOT buy from this company. They will sell you parts that do not even fit your vehicle then act like you are trying to pull one over on them when you tell them they don't fit and need replacements. They find it hard to believe that if the parts were correct, the vehicle would be done and you would have never had to email them and complain. The "warranty claim" process is time consuming and will cost even more money if you are using a body shop that bills you for any time they put into trying to fit the parts and they do not even fit the car enough to modify. I will give 1 star since I did buy the same exact rear bumper 2 years ago that the body shop was able to use, but unfortunately I was in a rear ended accident and needed another one... which the 2nd one was not wide enough to reach the wheel well on one side. I have been trying to get this figured out since March 12th, but customer service sucks.

This company is a joke. You can never reach a rep on the phone. Email response is slow and not help when they do. I've been waiting 6 months for my parts and nothing. I don't understand how places like this stay in business. Don't buy from these guys, your better off going straight to the manufacturer.
