Do not use them terrible made 10.67 on all that was sold We were told the sale was going to be 10,000 to 12,000 she blamed it on a bike race that happened on Saturday we checked with th the city the blockage was at 29th street to wilson no where near the sale (do your homework before you blame something else kelly) terrible set up rude to neighbors donated my mother's clothes without letting the family know threw items in dumpster that was not allowed told them got some out but left others in there waiting to get fined. Told kelly would be there during set up she was not. Don't hire them TERRIBLE TERRIBLE We have filed a complaint with the franchise. Left the house in a mess throwing belongings on the floor leaving items outside and just left us with the mess DO NOT HIRE THEM DISGUSTING

Kelly and her team handled my mom’s estate sale with such professionalism, hard work and integrity. It was hard letting go of my mom and dad’s personal belongings, but Kelly made it an easy process. I HIGHLY recommend Blue Moon!!!

Kelly handled our estate sale after my parents both recently passed away. She was very kind, organized, and honest. They found a very important family keepsake that my brother and I were not able to find previously, as well as some valuable coins and set them aside for us. We were so thankful. Their fees for conducting the sale were also fair. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Twice I was faced by that rude woman who reads you the riot act before you enter the sale. This time I said to my husband as we we doing our final walk thru, " I don't think I need this basket" that I was carrying around. She heard me and said " NO ONE IS FORCING YOU TO CARRY IT JUST GO
PUT IT BACK!" Last time we'll go to her sale.

Went to an estate sale through them in Wyoming. Went twice actually. There was a box of Jewelry they were selling individual earring sets and rings for 4 dollars unless otherwise marked. I was told the first time that the one lady would sell me all the loose studs for 4 dollars. Well they sold me earrings the first time, not realizing they were gold. I went back in to purchase the studs. And Kelly asked if I was finding gold in the bunch. I was honest and told her yes. I had already purchased a pair of earrings that were gold and they sold me for 4 dollars. To when she acted shocked and told be she wouldn't sell them to me because of it and that they aren't 4 dollars anymore. (Remind you the sign saying 4 dollars unless marked otherwise. (False advertising). Pretty sad when you go back on something after finding out you messed up. That shouldn't have been on me. False advertisement is false advertisement. Also it shows how shady this company is. There is a review with another one star..the guy mentioned on the final day of the sales there is 15% off under 20$, the owner replied saying there has never been a discount structure like that....when in fact there is..there was a sign also on the wall stating that 15% off 20 and under on last day of the sale. When I was there. Seems very contradicting.

I just want to share a horror story with you if you think Blue Moon Estate Sales is "not worth it" or "overpriced."

At 43 years old my husband passed unexpectedly and Kelly came out and told me what she thought a sale would look like. No one wants to part with their loved ones special possessions and I listened to well meaning friends and relatives who said they would sell things for me instead. They were very convincing that they knew people who would give me good money for these items. I made a mistake that will haunt me forever and did not hire Blue Blue.

Here's the problem: they did not have the customer base that Kelly does. My friend had a sale. He got next to nothing but paid a tidy sum in advertising. My husband's Harleys, guns and tools got the bare minimum front the people that bought them.

Everything that Kelly predicted - from motorcyles to jewelry to household furniture was dead on. I could have gone with her and the outcome would have much better.

So instead of going with Kelly and yes, paying a fee and a commission, I ended up receiving next to nothing for a lifetime of my husband's possessions. Of course it's not just about the money, its about doing right by your loved one.

Do yourself a favor and go with Blue Moon when you need them,

Not a very nice bunch of people. Gentleman in the garage was pleasant and helpful, in Fort Collins 6/29/24. Cash register lady was "snippy" about charging sales tax, asimple:"we are required to do so" would suffice as aspposed to: "we are a business".I will return on Sunday to see how much of the estate HAS NOT been sold due to overpricing and unwillingness to accept reasonable offers.

Incredibly overpriced, even a few minutes before they close. One example was I saw a board game that you can find on EBay for $45 going for $75? When I asked the lady at the register, she said ‘we have people that do extensive research’. Where do you get your prices? That’s just highway robbery, Their discounts at the end of an estate sale are a bit ridiculous, 15% for under $20?!? Most estate sales are doing 50% on the last day. Try to avoid if you see the signs.
