All of the physicians and medical staff I've encountered have been excellent. Everyone is very patient focused and knowledgeable. It's a great place to seek medical care.

However, the billing department has been nothing but difficult to deal with. I went (in person) to set up a payment plan on auto pay and all seemed well until the payment wasn't taken out the following month. I went back in to confirm they had all my information correct and make the payment. Then guess what happened the month after that. Same issue. After going in a third time I was assured the issue was resolved.... then the next month my account was sent to COLLECTIONS! Now I have another mess to deal with. It is beyond frustrating to have all of this back and fourth and now my credit has been affected as well.

Ed Cleary was exceptionally caring, paying close attention to my description of my condition. He carefully examined me and then got additional information by X-ray for clarification. Because I had to wait for my ride, he found me after X-ray was read and discussed the details (even showed me the pictures!).
Ed is an asset to Bitterroot Health. I’m so glad he saw me yesterday.

Had images done and the staff was so very pleasant and kind. Idk what Labor and Delivery is like (I'm sure they're wonderful) but I'd allow these ladies in imaging to deliver my babies (my tubes are tied) and possibly amputate my left arm if needed 🙂!!! Genuinely appreciate the good vibes and kindness all while getting my images taken care of so fast ❤️. Thank you Ladies 🫶!!!

My family have been going here for 8 years. The doctors and nurses are all nice. I feel that they listen and they answer my concerns.
I'd give them 5 stars except to get medications for pain I now have to do drug tests. I'm upset over this. I've never abused drugs always took them as prescribed yet now I'm drug tested like I'm untrustworthy.

Bitterroot Health has been refusing to provide a good faith estimate since August for a tonsillectomy surgery my daughter has scheduled in December. I have called the doctor's office (Dr. Olstrom) numerous times, the billing department numerous times, and the "estimates & quotes department" numerous times. No one ever answers the phones or returns voicemails. When I do get a person on the line, I am told that they don't know and to call another department. This has been going on since August 13. It is now October 8. Very unprofessional.
