Worst customer service. My mom’s case was sent here from Omega law group. All they did was telling her to call next month since August 2024 - 12 2024. Every month we called the only thing they said was please call next month “we lost 2 lawyers” we are short staffed. Last thing we know they dropped her case with no explanation. We never had this experience before. Now my mom has a broken shoulder and she won’t be able to obtain her settlement.

I do not recommend this office. Very unkind!!

If you’re lucky enough to find this law firm before you hire someone else do it. Or If you were referred here by someone else. These guys do the hard stuff that the other law firms don’t want to do. Which means they’re better at it and fight harder and earn their money. But one thing I’ve learned is that you have to be patient and let them do their work. One of the senior partners even advanced me some money when they got the first settlement check, Changing a simple settlement into a life-changing moment. Now, when I least expected it, they were able to get me three times the money for the under insured motorist at another life-changing Change moment in time, We had just lost part of our house to a small tornado in hurricane And had an opportunity for a new job their timing couldn’t be any better! I am so grateful for The staff at Bish And Cutting Law Office

I thought I left a review long ago! Mindy and Stacey and their entire staff are helpful, professional and excellent at what they do! Mindy represented me twice with car accidents several years ago that were both 100% the other parties’ faults. She was great. If you want someone to sugar coat your situation or give you false hope, this is not the firm for you. They are realistic right from the first consultation and work hard for their clients.

So I read the reviews and it’s too late. My case was transferred here from Larry H. Parker. I was a passenger in a car accident in November 2018. So they take over my case and settled it before trial. Signed my settlement documents and was told a check will be cut 2-3 weeks. Called the 3rd week and it went to 4-6 weeks. SMH I just want this case to be over with already

I also was referred from the Larry Parker Law firm. That was the first mistake. The second one was to talk on the phone to Mindy Bish on the phone. She was so rude and harsh that I cried. Then I was assigned another person in her office, Tim Vrastil, he was a very nice and concerned attorney who worked with me through the years that it took them to get the case over and done with. I felt I was in good hands with Tim. Then another attorney in the office stepped in, Jon Jackman, and he too was a personable attorney who worked for and with me to get things squared away in the end. Finally Chad, another attorney in the office, was very helpful with getting the last situation of an entity trying to get money from my judgment when I did not even owe it to them! So in general, it was a lengthy drawn out situation with a good ending. I would recommend them.... just stay away from Mindy.....
