My attorney and his paralegal staff were able to reach a very quick settlement of my Lemon Law case. My attorney and his staff were great in communicating what I needed in order to document my case and with responding to questions I had about the process along the way.
I don't know if I am allowed to discuss the particulars of my case. Suffice it to say I was paid the full amount that was laid out when I first signed my letter of representation with this firm. And in a short time window that I had not expected!

I'm very grateful to have found Bickel Sannipoli Law Firm. I can't even express how the whole processes can be so stress free. I can begin by saying that communication gets a 10/10, I never had to wait for a call back, or had to wait for a long period of time to get my question or email answered. Every time I called, if someone wasn't available at the moment, I would leave a message and the secretary would have someone call me back pretty quick. In regard to the whole settlement, they were very clear and transparent since the beginning, all the way until the case was closed. I had a very easy and smooth experience. Even though my case filtered through the hands of a few different lawyers, all of them were a joy to work with and the other one picked up right where the last one left off. What I appreciated the most was in the beginning when I was looking for a lemon las attorney, I didn’t have much of a clue if my car was considered a lemon at my current state. Bickel/Sannipoli came into my life at a time when I was emotionally drained from issues arising out of a Travel Trailer purchase. I had tried unsuccessfully to extract from the dealership, and manufacturer an appropriate, mutually agreeable, resolution to the issues. The product was purchased new and the issues began immediately. I was given flippant (if not derogatory) replies by both entities. Charges mounted on repairs in spite of warranty.
This left me feeling hopeless, paying a loan for a failed product and no avenues left for resolution. I perused the Lemon Law Firms for a couple weeks and decided to apply to Bickel/Sannipoli for help. Bickel/Sannipoli accepted my request for representation after a thorough review of my case. The rest is history. Successful resolution making me whole financially! The unit repurchased, all payments returned, including licensing. More importantly their representation made me feel vindicated and whole emotionally. Lessons Learned; document all actions, repairs, statements, etc... from date of purchase. Keep and maintain a file of invoices and charges.

I would give The Bickel Law Firm 10 stars if that were an option. The process was exactly as the Firm explained. The settlement amount was better than expected. It only took 60 days for the manufacturer to agree to the settlement terms.
It took another 60 days to receive the settlement check due in part to the end of year holiday season and the manufacturer/legal counsel slower response due to COVID-19 resource availability.
The Bickel Law Firm responded to my inquiries and questions within hours of my requests throughout the process..
