Debra Nelson has been an absolute God send to me! Often times in the midst of trauma and tragedy, one never knows who to turn to or who to trust. Debra not only picked me up when I was a pile of dirty ol rags lieing on the floor, she stood in my place and advocated for me when I couldn’t do it myself. She has walked along side of me the entire time and is continuing to see me through to the other side. She’s encouraging, a truth teller and to this day is my life coach! worst customer service i have ever experienced. i hope this person has a ton of business and is super busy otherwise this place is a joke. I left no more than 3 voice messages almost two weeks ago now. never got a call back. really wanted to find a counselor in the forest lake area so on Friday i stopped by the office. spoke with one of the assistants, explained my story and could barley hold back the tears. told her i was in rough shape and needed help ASAP. well now it is the following Wednesday and still no call back at all. i cannot think if any other time in my life i have called a business numerous times and never got a call back.
