As my first time dealing with anything legal in nature, burg made it a headache. I will never deal with them again! I got in my accident 4/23 and I just received the last portion of my payout 9/24. Expect a year minimum before you're compensated for any losses. I dealt with 4 different people with my case, and all except the last, were unprofessional and had a serious lack of communication. Your the lawyers, you had no problem recommending doctors and specialists at my expense to bulk up the case for a "Larger payout", but failed to let me know that my case was filed with things missing. I had to contact you to learn if forms were in order and if they weren't, I was directed to obtain them. Even from the places you guys sent me. My case was 15k which is standard for auto insurance. Lawyers took a little over 7k and I was left with 5k in medical bills. So yes the original offer was to pay me 2k and some change for the most stressful year of my life thus far. I lost transportation, my Job, my apartment and my ability to walk normal (for 8mo), and they were happy to let me know that was what I'd be awarded. Talk about a slap in the face. Even after my case was settled, all of a sudden they found another 5k floating around in the at fault drivers policy. Which I was happy about until they let me know 400 of that was what I was entitled to. Shouldn't this have been discovered sooner? Shouldn't it have been apart of that same case? They moved so uncordinated that I was just wanting it all to be over. Give me whatever your offering and lets part ways. One thing I will say is they watch their reviews! A bad review awarded me my final attorney who at least let me know what was missing and gave me the time to gather the final paperwork. Wether it was added or left as is, is still a mystery but at least im done with them! So if your dealing with them and they aren't on it. Write a review and the next person you deal with may be more understanding to your case. That being said, Burg, this is my third and last time changing my review. So don't email or call me to change it to something more positive Again, as youguys no longer have this case over my head. Hope this helps others looking for an attorney to represent them. I'm sorry this has happened to you, but it will get better with time and you have one shot to pick the right representation, so please find a good one

Highly recommend Berg Injury Lawyers for any auto claims. We’ve had nothing but great experience with them. The lawyers and staff communicated with us around the clock. Run ,and run far !!! I was in 5yr. run with these people and in the end they WILL take all your money. They no me real good caught the lady trying to steal $70,000 plus more I got those emails going back an forth letting her till she realized we got her. Mr. berg , I cant believe this is the kind of people you have working for you. My lawyer she was worthless and just garbage. If you still go with these people that's on you. JUST 1 BAD REVEIEW WOULD HAVE ME RUNING AND GETTING A REAL LAWYER FROM SAN FRANCISCO...AND TO THE LADY WHO IS GONNA STAND UP AGAINST THIS REVEIEW...SHUT UP SIT DOWN , DONT LIE ABOUT YOU GUYS AND ACT AS IF THIS LAWFIRM IS WORTH ANY KIND OF MONEY AND THIS AINT TRUE...LOL...RUN AND RUN FAR.

Its been 1year and 6month since my car accident. Been in contact with berg since. Finally settlement is finalize I'm being told by berg ingury lawyer that the insurance company mail out the settlement check throught usps postal mail. No tracking no express no direct deposit none at all. How in the hell you as my lawyer let this happen. The only time my case is update is when i call to check in. Berg ingury is sloppy not update at all. Im still concern and mad about the check being mail through usps postal.

Horable - four years ago I had an accident and I though Berg would be a good choice because it was local. They changed Lawyers on me two three times. I would have to call and them explain to each one all over of who as at happened. I'm the one who had to keep calling for updates. They wanted me to get hearing aids for my loss of hearing. But if they had done the research on ringing of the earnings they would have known that hearing aids don't help but hender the cause. No they did not do the research and this was what the whole experience was like. Yes I did get money but not what it should have been. I will be living with this ringing in my ears for the test of my life.
Please don't make the same mistakes I did. I had confidence, but the representative of these lawyers failed me.
