Benson is great. However Moats is not on your side. He doesn’t call you back he is not a great lawyer. I would only get Benson if you choose this firm. Take care of yourself by not getting Joseph Moats.

The closing went as smoothly and was seamless. The communications from them was both timely and accurate in terms how and when we would close. Although Covid restrictions were in place, it didn’t delay the closing but they provided a safe environment for both me ( the seller ) and the buyer.
