Do not waste your time and effort.
He never responded to any e mails.
If the first time you contact someone with a valid case and this person sits there and ignores you knowing you will lose time and effort then this is not the best counsel you can get.

Look up "Stardust Racers" yeah the family will get a settlement, but it is clear he only cares about money. Not actual justice or his clients. First thing you see on the website "look how much money I made them" id be interested to see how much of that went to the office and how much went to those that suffered.

I also received a super weird and rude response from a paralegal named Oscar at this law firm that made no sense. When asked how to file a complaint on the rude paralegal's, he hung up the phone. Don't waste your time.

This lawyer and all he talks about is all talk not actually there to help you if you've been assaulted. This lawyer group doesn't care about you that's obvious they only care about what they care about not that you've been assaulted by security guards and facing major surgery because of that assault that occurred in a hospital by security guards. This law firm obviously supports that type of behavior by security guards assaulting people that's a lawyer group tends to like that kind of stuff to happen to people that's obvious. My advice go find a lawyer that actually cares.

Ben Crump law firm is a sham, the paralegals discriminate on people based on the value of their case, by screening the process, I’m a former employee of AT&T who was racially discriminated & gender discrimination who was terminated through retaliation, they never reached back out after my consultation, never sent a denial letter & never offered any information on how I can get help. I don’t recommend this firm to anyone because it seems Ben only helps high profile celebrities who help his image as an attorney

It took me 1.5 years to finally reach Ben Crump himself! My black son passed away and I needed his help. Once I finally got a response from him, he sent me to his associates to read over the case in the death of my son. He personally never looked at the case himself. Ben Crump ONLY talks to black people in death cases when it's on the NEWS or SOCIAL MEDIA! Which I think is a poor way to treat anyone who has lost a family member to death and reaching out for his help! I don't recommend his firm or him! As he only wants to help death cases that are in the media!
