Howard Beck of Beck, Payne, Frank and Piper, P.C., is a top-notch, excellent real estate attorney. He took on a very difficult case where some evil, conniving heathens were trying to steal our commercial lease from under us and he won!

Our previous commercial broker, who shall remain nameless, "conveniently & deliberately" ignored to renew our commercial lease on time.

Therefore, we had to go through months of hell, including insults, slander and name-calling, to keep our business running which we built from scratch.

However, "All's Well That Ends Well", and we are extremely happy with the final outcome, which was in our FAVOR. In the end, that is the only thing that matters to us.

For persons that have a problem with a residential or commercial lease, I highly recommend you call Howard Beck immediately - like NOW!

I phoned in from out of state to try to get information regarding a name change and adding the father to the birth certificate in CO. Diane Payne was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She provided the information that allowed me to move forward as well as advice on how to proceed and didn't pressure me into any services that I didn't need. I am extremely grateful for her help.
