I have always had a positive experience at this justice court, largely due to the judge presiding over the cases. This individual stands out for their fairness, integrity, and compassion, qualities that are apparent in their conduct and decisions. It's crucial for visitors to approach the court with respect and humility—leave any negativity behind, because you'll find the judgments here to be as equitable as they come.

Additionally, the support staff, including the clerk of court and the detention officers, are commendable for their cooperative and helpful attitudes. They are willing to assist you to the extent that you are ready to take initiative in your case. It's a professional environment where everyone is working toward the goal of justice and support.

I'm not sure I can properly express how my faith in justice in this country has plummeted because of the facts experienced here with the current, shameful Justice. So, going in reverse the justice decided to inflict a harsher sentence than was even recommended by the predatory state prosecutor (but we can't expect a prosecutor that represents the state to actually care about citizens but we should be able to trust a judge) and gave a harsher sentence for someone who didn't even have a prior traffic violation, let alone a serious offense. To add more shame, she even admitted that her idea of punishment and understanding of the charge was solidified through some body cam footage that was deemed inadmissible. How can a respectable judge knowingly use inadmissible evidence to condemn someone? Well ,the only admissible evidence vindicated the defendant and there was no witness against them so of course the JPs reasoning was through the inadmissible evidence even before she admitted it at sentencing.

This justice is malleable. How else could a prosecutor that had no case know he could still get a conviction through her except that he knew he could manipulate her with appeals to emotion using inadmissible evidence? How can a judge so foolishly beguiled be fit to hold an office? She will condemn those she sees fit with no lawful backing and spit in the face of truth just to flex her muscles. These people will ruin the lives of innocent and good people because they feel like it.

Also, this justice is not fair; does not consider soberly; does not decide impartially. Thus, she is an enemy to the public and is not fit for office.

Do not come to Beaverhead county, they do not deserve your business and the wicked deputies and justices will make sure they have their way with you despite having no grounds to.
