Customer service is mostly missed, instead of hits. Most of their employees prefer to socialize, especially with the people they know and ranking personnel, instead of focusing on providing service to those in line. At one point, I waiting for over 15 minutes as the rest left one cashier to take care of over 6 customers with a lot of items; while the other employees would simply walk by us. I get better service at Walmart. The Shoppette employees are 10x better and they focus on the customers.

Most of the employees are rude. The store manager lady is very nice but most of them are unnecessarily rude. One guy was only checking my id on self check out but he didn’t check anyone else’s id today during lunch hour.

Another excuse to conduct the normal 1245 shelf check. A spectacle of first term airmen and retirees. One group can't get off post to buy better stuff for a better cost. The later group just doesn't realize stuff is cheaper off base. Maybe they just want to stick it to the man by avoiding taxes. Once upon a time I found something cheaper and asked to have the price match honored and the answer was the target was too far away... indicating how far from civilization this base is, feels for the first term airmen at Beale is real.

Don’t count on this exchange to be open during business hours, the operator will tell you a time and when you go in the gun counter will be closed and no one will want to help. Super disappointing

Inventory is decent! I really enjoy seeing Desrine! She is so helpful and informative whenever I shop there. My daughter absolutely loves her. Everytime we drive by she says she wants to go to the “shiny bx” to see her friend.
