Nightmare unable to contact did my taxes wrong.Does not return emails or phone calls.She cannot represent you at the Irs she is not authorized and her Mother is retired. Beware it is pretty awful.

communications very slow. Got audited and when asked for help they just ademend my 1040 to the IRS letter and did not review anything.
