Friendly greeting by the staff.
Unfortunately the “male” teller needs to appreciate the customers.
Rude to the customer before me as well.
Apparently we disturbed him by going to his window.
Probably won’t return to this branch.

I have used both the branch itself and the ATM. The people in the branch are super helpful and friendly and not the reason for my 2 star review.

The ATM is walk-up only. Not something that normally bothers me, but this ATM is outside along the front of the building with little security or privacy. People who are waiting to use the ATM are milling around the parking lot. All of this is tolerable during the day, but after hours when Long Wharf is fairly empty it is not a comfortable place to be. I am surprised that Bank of America, as big as it is, allows an ATM situation like this to exist at any of their branches.

I had a five star experience with the frontdesk staff, and later with specialist Jeisye Lassus. She was knowledgeable, resolved the issues I was having with the bank at that time, and helped me prepare for future issues. I appreciate and admire the team's hard work. I would have loved to fill a customer satisfaction survey for them but did not receive one.
