I do not have an account at Bank of America. I was in the area and needed a notary, I went into this branch and was greeted with warm smiles by Aide and Jocelyn. I told them what I needed and that I was not a customer. They reassured me that they were able to help. Aide did my notary and answered all of my questions. The professionalism and friendliness by the staff was overwhelming, I am seriously considering switching banks.

Man, the reviews about this place are spot on. Made an appointment for a simple transaction, because that is apparently what you need to do with Bank of America. Waited over 45 minutes for my appointment. Why even set appointments if you're not staffed enough to solve problems? All you do is create new problems. Here is a tip: file a consumer protection bureau complaint against them when you need something done. It is the only way to get them to response in a reasonable manner.

Edit: why would I want to talk to your social media team? Just staff your branches!

Went here due to my regular bank closing early. Not sure why I expected the same warmth or welcome! Was told by a banker that someone would be over to assist me and another gentleman, told to wait to be helped. So once some lady did approach she had metto explain why i’m there right on the lobby couch around others. Just to be told “oh we’re booked after 5-8mins “ . During me trying to explain my situation without too much detail in front of other customers, I knew I wasn’t going to helped. She kept pushing the online app you can do it online. After the 21 questions then she says would you like schedule an appointment?Due to only having one banker, soooo you knew at that at 3:11 when I arrived? Very rude I almost burst in laughter due to the teller giving attitude just by the death stare she was giving across the room! Well for both of you, check your behavior neither of are close to being on the level of checking me! I did what my father in heaven expected to walk out and leave, never to return. If you were a manager or supervisor you should really set an example of how customer service relations work! Not continuously repeat for me to do something online when i’m clearly in the building, I’m very tech savvy by the way! Though you made it clear you didn’t WANT TO HELP! Only place the 1 star to be able to leave a post, you clearly didn’t deserve it!

This branch has no sense of service. Always long waits for deposits and just one poor old lady at the teller trying to serve them all. No one even steps up to help out. Prime example of inefficient banking!

I'm a lifelong Bank of America customer.
Every time I go into this bank, to cash a check
or some simple transaction. I literally feel like I'm being harassed.
Last time, the lady's conversation, asking me if I own the company. Which, caught me off guard.
What? Then how many employees do you have! I'm wondering why do I have to explain myself
in front of the whole Dam bank to some teller - when all I'm doing is cashing a simple check.
If I could give these guys negative stars I definitely would - they need to get their act together, and start acting professionally.
One time I scheduled an appointment for a notary 4 days ahead of time, online - and when you get there, they are an hour behind.
This is atrocious, and their management at this branch needs to be "FIRED" without a doubt - I do not believe they represent
what Bank of America is all about.

I am a new Bank of America customer, opening this account when I moved here from New York. This branch, in Oro Valley, is woefully understaffed. It shouldn’t take 25 minutes to withdraw money from my account. This occurred on Thursday. I’d hate to see what it’s like on a Friday!

Had an appointment to get a signature on a legal document. Waiting 10+ minutes past my appointment time. The individual (who was very nice by the way), said I needed a checking account to do the transaction,. I have been a BofA credit card and business card holder account for years. I even verified what I wanted could happen before my appointment - they even set up the appointment for me! Then when I get there, they couldn't do it and tried to get me to open another account. Wasted 30+ minutes of my time. Lobby was super busy when I was there with only two people working. Seeing the reviews on BofA, I'm not surprised one bit. Will be going to a credit union from now on. I feel for those employees, they seemed to be working hard - though whoever they report to likely is not a good manager.
