I had an overall great experience here. Entered the branch with an appointment, was greeted very nice. The appointment was on time and Terri was so helpful and polite. So I can definitely recommend BofA and this branch!

I’ve never written a review for a bank in my life… But this experience was so good that I decided this will be my first… I was lucky enough to happen across this branch in my travels… And even more lucky that I was helped by Yailyn Who is the assistant manager.… Truth be told I am struggling in every aspect Of life right now… Unexpectedly, but it is what it is… You can tell that she is an incredible human being… And she treats you with professionalism, respect, and a genuine kindness… Normally showing up right before closing would be a bad experience… But this may have been the best experience I’ve had at a bank… Even the security guard I liked… So if these employees are any indication of the culture at this bank, I would definitely bank here if I was local

I met with Roxanne Martinez this morning to open an account. She was friendly, and very knowledgeable. Add patient, I'm not a very tech savvy person. She took the time to make sure I understood everything, including the mobile app and options. And was out the door in a half hr. Top notch

No walk in notary service like other banks. Service was poor waited at the lobby for 20 min before anyone noticed me. One week wait time for a notary.. which takes less time than an average deposit..

Continues to be a woefully understaffed branch with long lines and maybe 2 tellers servicing the teller line. As a business customer I was curtly, unapologetically told this afternoon "No business line today, sir". Seriously? I'll use the Berlin branch instead, even though my office is just down the street. The inconvenience of the drive outweighs the experience in New Britain
