If you plan to get Insurance then you should look for another one other than this Insurance Company due to the fact that if you are suppose to be paying a low monthly fee then when you go make a payment, you will be charged $5 additional Charges for paying in person while if you pay by Credit card, you will be charged $10 additional Fee Charge, I for one will be looking for another Insurance Company that will not try to find a way to squeeze more money from a customer. You can get the Insurance if you like cause it's up to you if you have a lot of money to throw away, but if you don't want to be squeezed for as much money as possible by them then it be best to find another one that won't be trying to cheat you on your hard earned money.

Had a HORRIBLE experience with american access which is the insurance I had with b&b. The ladies there were patient with my frustration and tried to help but don't know why b&b does business with American Access. Had to fax my police report 4 times because they would never receive it, the Am. Access claim adjuster Jodyvys or whatever her name is was super rude, and it took them 8 months to fix my vehicle. Another lady had hers fixed after 1 yr. Took my business to Farmers. Way more smooth sailing. Just don't get American Access with B&B.

Horrible they didn't notify me that I had to change my license from Illinois to text they would drop and I paid them never was refunded even though I was cancelled. I would even give them a star no good
