This review is long overdue. B&W Compliance from the start has delivered exceptional service to our office. The first visit started with a complete inspection of the premises and policies in place. From there recommendations were made with plenty of help to get those actions complied with. These included signage, a plexiglass barrier during the pandemic as well as labels as needed. We were also given comprehensive binders full of information and forms that are easily referenced and updated as needed. B&W monitors when our staff needs to do mandatory seminars and keeps us on schedule so we don’t ever have to worry about being non compliant. Dolan does our seminars with humor, amazing stories and the patience of a saint and is always willing to answer any questions we have. All emails or calls are always answered promptly. Donna the office guru keeps all our certificates and scheduled seminars on time to ensure we miss nothing.
In short this is an exceptional company that gives more to their customers with professional courtesy beyond what is normally expected. I cannot recommend their services enough!
