Donna Ayotte and Laura Shackelford are the very best professional Court Reporters in the entire Coachella Valley without a doubt. I have used their services on a regular basis for a few decades. One of the hallmarks of their professionalism is the that they have always kept pace with evolving technology. I sometimes have to take depositions remotely in foreign jurisdictions which I do with internet technology. Whenever I have asked they have always promptly answered my questions with reference to such issues as "Do we have the court reporter on my end of the depo or on the deponent's end of the depo"-"How do we qualify the foreign court reporter" or "How do we handle the exhibits " or " How do we get the deponent to view and comment on a video clip in such a way that we can simultaneously make a video of the deponent and the video clip he is describing". They are the best in all aspects of what they do: fair pricing, prompt and courteous service, amenities such as snacks, and excellent and roomy facilities. Check them out.
