If I could put 0 star, I would. They are rude and very disrespectful!

Ordered wrong part by mistake, tried to cancel order IMMEDIATELY and to get the correct part. Online system wouldn't allow cancellation, said I had to contact customer service. Customer service doesn't open until 9am. Called customer service at precisely 9am their time and was told it's too late, already shipped, can't stop it. It took them another hour to generate a tracking number and it wasn't received by FedEx until 12:30pm. Instead of cancelling the order and allowing to get the correct parts shipped, they've chosen to force me to wait until these parts arrive and to charge me another $10 to return them. I'm always looking for an alternative to shopping on eBay and Amazon...this isn't it.
