WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER. WILL NEVER, EVER BUY PRODUCTS FROM AUTOCRIB AGAIN. SUPPORT ARE NOTHING BUT IMMATURE AND TALENTLESS CHILDREN WHO BLAME CUSTOMERS FOR THEIR OWN SHORTCOMINGS. WE BOUGHT A $60,000 SYSTEM OVER A YEAR AGO AND ITS STILL NOT INSTALLED OR WORKING AS PROMISED BY THEIR SALESGUY. THEIR LOW-PAID CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENTS (PER THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES REVIEWS ON GLASSDOOR) HAVE ZERO TECHNICAL EXPERTISE, READ FROM SCRIPTS AND TREAT CUSTOMERS ABRASIVELY WHEN WE REACH OUT FOR ASSISTANCE. Absolute bottom of the barrel customer support. Slow to respond, if at all. These guys will tell you everything you want to hear to get a unit sold, but once they've got your money dont expect any kind of support thereafter. Every time I reach out for a simple question, like which kinds of RFID tags I can use with their system, a whole day will pass without an answer. First level of support is usually some kid off the street who has no technical experience, no idea about the company products and reading from a script. When they realize they cant answer your questions, you get sent to their middle-manager, who clearly hates being bothered during a work day because these guys are awful to work with, treating you like some burden who shouldnt be interrupting their work day, even though it was THEIR own support team failing to deliver answers.

You will end up spending hours with their incompetent support team to get an answer to a simple yes-no question that would easily be answered in seconds by qualified personnel. From my experience, their 'support' team couldnt care less about customers and dont want anything to do with you and will gaslight you like you're the problem when their tech support team fails to provide the most basic support. Their tech support supervisors are really where the problem lies, middle management. The (17) reviews left on Glassdoor by employees also confirm the problem with middle management at Autocrib. Its pretty sad that these clowns have to ask their emplyees to leave 5-star reviews on Google Maps to bring their terrible score up. This organization is an absolute joke. Dont waste a dollar with these clowns, in fact, if you want an unused Autocrib system hit me up, I'm looking to sell it at a huge discount.

Oh, and just FYI, installing their service REQUIRES that users violate Oracle licensing laws in order to get their Autocrib system setup. I wonder if anyone has reported to the Oracle LMS team yet?

My company is extremely happy with the RFID reader that we’ve acquired from AutoCrib. It has proved to be an excellent solution to the issues we faced earlier and absolutely worth the investment. Autocrib is a great company with great customer service and complete knowledge about industrial vending. The RFID reader has been the best decision we’ve taken for our company.
