Paid 7 months ago to finish up on my divorce from 5 years ago. I can't even get them to respond to questions. I'm paying twice for something that was supposed to have been taken care of 5 years ago, and still not done. I'm so disappointed.

Working with Jill over the past year has been an absolute dream. These have been hard times and she has made my kids feel comfortable and confident. Meetings are easy to set, flexible with our busy schedule, and the kids see her as a friend and love talking to her.

Taylor and his staff were very helpful, considerate, informative, and worked quickly to take care of my divorce. What is typically a heavily stressful situation was made uneventful with their knowledge and expertise. I highly recommend Taylor's office. I cannot thank them enough!!!!!!

I can't go into too much detail, but you absolutely want this team behind you. They were so helpful and professional, we especially were impressed with Lynn and how she handled our case--definitely work with her if you get the opportunity.

Jill Groff-Roslenic was the GAL assigned to my custody case in 2020. She did absolutely nothing yet stood up in court on my child’s behalf and recommended she be placed back into an abusive home. She belittled me during meetings and did not listen or pay attention to any of the facts I presented to her. My child was abused more while she was the GAL during the years in court. She ignored it all even though there were pictures. She still recommended 50/50 and made me out that I was the bad person for trying to protect my child. In august 2022 the court went with what she wanted 50/50. 7 months later my (at the time 4 year old) child was beat with a belt from her belly button to her knees front and back and her wrists which left massive amounts of bruising from her belly button to her knees front and back and on her wrists. (felony charge has been handed down to the perpetrator)

This is great firm to use. If you only need someone to sign a piece of paper; however, do not expect representation to ensure a signing party holds their end of a court order. That will cost you more money as apparently it is a separate process that involves giving them more money for more representation. For anyone else on the planet the job isnt done until its done and everything has been cleaned up and put away. Not here... Jobs done as soon as papers are signed. I would rather spend my time gaining the knowledge I need autodidact and representing myself. I intended to elaborate much more here. This just isnt worth my time. I believe that arguments from incredulity would be more effective than this group.

Goodale was recommend to us by a family member that has played disc golf with him and stated that he is a good guy. This ended up being entirely untrue. My father went to his office asking if Goodale would represent him in an upcoming contempt case. (Goodale taking his $2k without a one discussion about the details) My father has had 3 months of hell having 4 leg stents, becoming very ill, being on a ventilator, having a double heart bypass surgery, learning to walk talk and feed himself again in a nursing facility, 3 hospital visits, and many many doctors appointments at the age of 57. My mother taking advantage of the situation takes him to court for contempt for not signing refinance paperwork on their home. This is after she had presented documents in a previous divorce trial showing that someone had leased to buy the home and in a handful of months the home would have been paid for in its entirety. (Why would anyone need to refinance a home if someone had a lease agreement had made nearly 30 months of payments on?) Goodale had absolutely no communication with my father prior to the date to show up in court. He would not take the time to review any of the 94 pages of documentations/pictures nor speak to me or my sister validating why my father hadn’t signed those papers. My father left that day with Goodale taking thousands of dollars (addition to the $2k he initially paid) for him to represent him. I have never given a 1 star review and wouldn’t be if Goodale showed any sort of empathy and at least tried or even pretended to care about my fathers case. The one and only good thing we had experienced using this firm is that phone calls to his paralegal while spending months in a hospital room was pleasant her being very polite and understanding. Goodale cares only about what’s in your pocket book shouldn’t be representing clients.

I used Jill at this office. She went six weeks without responding to a phone call or emails. Then charged me for emailing trying to contact her. Then we go to a pre trial hearing I express that during this I felt that we were walked on. She responded saying I insulted her representation of me. Then no response for 8 days and she then has her secretary message me saying they're withdrawaling from the case. Mind you while she wasn't responding to my communications she sent a bill with a letter and requested I pay an additional $1,000 on top of what I owe for future work needed. Terrible lawyer terrible office. They are unprofessional and all they did was waste my money. They did not do any good for me or my kids. Worst lawyer experience I've ever dealt with!
