My partner had a mediation recently with this mediation company.
I felt the mediator said some things that were not appropriate of her position. I felt she was pressuring my partner to agree to things he did not feel were fair. After expressing his desire to resolve the matters in court after realizing it was a matter of agree to disagree, the mediator explained at least 3, if not 4 times why he should come to an agreement in mediation. The repetition of information led me to believe she was trying to get him to agree so she could get more commission. I felt she had ulterior motives and not what was best for the family.
While mediators are not to act as a judge and are supposed to handle the situation with no bias, she said twice "It's not (the wife's) fault." I felt she was not in the position to have that judgment and was out of line by saying that. She continued to say that my partner needed to hold himself accountable for "his actions," but she was basing that, another inappropriate comment, off of false documentation that had been presented from the other party.
Do not use this service if you want an unbiased mediation that will not be quick to make assumptions off of one conversation.

After a difficult divorce, having to agree on small things is difficult, however, Ana has been very professional and neutral in my case and her goal has always been the well-being of the children, I think she is the best in conciliation!
