The young man helping us to add a hotspot line to our account took shortcuts and ended up adding a phone line we could not use for a hotspot and we had to pay for then cancel a line added that we did not even need!!! Very upset he told us to call 611 he could not help us fix it after he added it!!

I had problems with an associate at the Paragould. The walnut ridge store manager sat down with me and explained what was done and that some features were added by the Paragould associate that weren't requested or explained. The walnut ridge manager took the time and helped take off the features and make things right. Walnut ridge Att team is awesome. Highly recommended. Would avould Paragould AR Att.
