Signed on with them and it was a big mistake. Months go by without them responding to requests for even simple documents to be drawn up. They refuse to return calls. They refuse to answer emails. Bills always come on time each month, though. Funny, that?

What is wrong with this firm? You pay them good money and they treat you with little more than disdain. Look elsewhere for your legal needs in the RGV. This firm is not the same as it was years ago. They are coasting on their past and that past is long done and over. Horrible customer service. Avoid at all costs!

Started our case in November of 2022. No results, no communication. Will not respond to emails. Took the retainer and has done nothing. Considering reporting to the bar association. Terrible service!

This firm agreed to help me with a asset transaction document. Pretty simple document that transfers property between family members. I email the requested documents then never heard back. Called a few times, confirmed email address etc. Just stopped returning calls and didn't do the work. No explanation.
